Child Safety Standards Policy
Pleroxy is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and to providing clear reporting and response measures under Google Play requirements and the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Scope and zero-tolerance standard
These standards apply to Pleroxy and the applications it publishes, including any app that enables social interaction, user-generated content, dating, or random or anonymous communication.
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of children, trafficking, or any conduct that endangers a child. A child means any person under 18 years of age.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
•
Creating, uploading, requesting, storing, sharing, promoting, or distributing CSAM, including computer-generated or altered material.
•
Grooming, sexualizing, coercing, threatening, blackmailing, or soliciting a child for sexual purposes.
•
Facilitating child trafficking, sexual exploitation, or contact intended to harm or exploit a child.
•
Using an account, message, profile, group, link, or any other feature to expose a child to sexual or age-inappropriate material.
•
Attempting to evade safety controls, moderation, reporting, or enforcement.
3. Reporting inside our apps
Users can report a concerning account, message, post, or other content through the report or support option available inside the relevant Pleroxy app. Reports should include enough information to identify the content or account, without downloading, copying, forwarding, or redistributing suspected CSAM.
For child-safety concerns, users may also contact our designated child-safety channel at contact@pleroxy.co with the subject “Child Safety Report.” This contact route supplements, and does not replace, the reporting mechanism available inside an applicable app.
4. Our response and enforcement
When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we will assess the report promptly, restrict access where appropriate, preserve only the information required by applicable law, and remove prohibited material. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts and take other proportionate safety measures.
We will report suspected illegal material or conduct to the competent authorities where required by applicable law and will cooperate with valid legal requests. We do not ask users to investigate suspected CSAM themselves.
5. Saudi child-safety law
We comply with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Child Protection Law, the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, the Law on Combating Trafficking in Persons, and their applicable regulations. Saudi law protects every person under 18 and prohibits sexual abuse and exploitation of children.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact the competent emergency authority. Reports of child abuse in Saudi Arabia may also be made to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's Domestic Violence Reporting Center at 1919, which operates around the clock.
